I am having trouble with my Samsung Galaxy J5. I am getting a “No Service” error when I try to make a call or send a text. I have tried restarting the phone and turning it off and on again, but nothing seems to be working. I have also tried checking for any software updates, but nothing has been found. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
